ArtPosition05 - Impressions

The third edition of ArtPosition took place from 22 to 24 July 2005. 80 artists showed 230 works of art: painting, sculpture, installation and photography. The event was held in the large open hallways of the old Rasta factory in Murten/Morat.

Unfortunately, the organization’s committee had to turn away 40 ArtPosition candidates due to limited display space. 80% of the ArtPosition05’s artists came from the region of Lake Murten/Morat, Berne, Fribourg, Neuchâtel and the Jura. More than 1,700 art lovers from all over Switzerland visited ArtPosition05.

The H-Gallery from Bangkok was ArtPosition05’s guest of honor and it presented one of its most prestigious artists: Jakkai Siributr.
